Katie Holmes got roasted by her friends during an intimate dinner with close friends at Tao downtown in NYC while celebrating her birthday.
According to an insider, friends poked a little fun at the 35-year-old actress during her party, Us magazine reported.
The 'Dawson's Creek' star also took to twitter claiming that it was a great birthday celebration at Tao while sharing a picture of her birthday dessert.
The group of women also had chef specialties like the Shanghai Fried Rice, Crispy Bao Buns and a giant "Happy Birthday" fortune cookie.
The party began at 9 p.m. and was located in a private room in the main dining area.
