Kris Jenner recently tried to clear up the rumours about her daughter Kendall not paying the bill at New York's Mercer Kitchen, by stating that she was a "Jenner and not Kardashian".
The 18-year-old girl's lawyer has demanded the waitress, who had tweeted about her chase after a "Kardashian" to get the "forgotten" bill money thrown in her face and then deleted the post, to apologize for her alleged defamatory tweets, the Mirror reported.
The mother and manager of the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star further added that her "little Kendall", who was too respectful to do anything like that gave away 33 dollars with tip after realizing what was going on and felt horrible about the rumours.
She continued that Kendall, who considers her reputation everything, wanted to go legal on the matter to stop dishonest people from "walking all over her.
