American TV star Kim Richards ,who was arrested after a drunken clash with hotel security and cops at the Beverly Hills Hotel, will not be heading to jail, but has been banned from the place.
The 50-year-old actress' attorney has accepted the prosecutors' offer, which includes 3 years probation, 52 Alcoholics Anonymous classes and 30 days community labor, on one condition that the actress should get community service, TMZ.com reports.
The 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ' star's attorney said that Richards could not do labor tasks due to her foot injury.
Though the deal has been hammered out, prosecutors said that Kim will not have to land in jail if both sides agree with it by September 14.
