Korn Ferry Futurestep - India hires Kunal Sen as MD

Korn Ferry on Thursday announced appointment of Kunal Sen as Managing Director, Korn Ferry Futurestep - India with effect from December 12.

In his role as Managing Director, Kunal will be responsible for the growth, profitability and overall management of the Futurestep business in India. He will be based out of Korn Ferry Futurestep's Bangalore office.

Kunal is a business leader with strong operational background and has over two decades of diverse experience. He has held senior positions in eminent Indian and multinational organizations such as StoveKraft Private Limited, Dell, Idea Cellular, Colgate Palmolive, Agro Tech Foods and Heinz prior to this. Also, most recently he was the Senior Vice President for TeamLease, which is, India's largest and first publicly listed staffing and HR Services Company.

Kunal holds a Masters in Business Administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has featured among some of the Most Influential HR Leaders in India 2017 by the World HRD Congress in Mumbai.
