Four terrorists have been neutralised and two Indian Army jawans have been martyred in the ongoing encounter in north Kashmir's Kupwara district today.
The encounter began yesterday in Zunreshi Chowkibal area of Kupwara in Jammu and Kashmir.
Two jawans and an Army officer have been injured in the ongoing operation.
The security forces were in action to neutralise a group of terrorists who have been holed up in a house following which the latter opened fire triggering a gunfight.
