Lady Gaga fuelled speculation that she has gone under the knife after she was pictured with a nose looking much thinner than it was before.
It seems that the 27-year-old singer, who made her first appearance since hip surgery at the TriBeCa Pride Rally in New York on Friday, might no longer like the way she was born, the Mirror reported.
The celebrity blog sites are full of speculation that the 'Poker Face' singer has also had cosmetic work.
