Lea Michele has revealed that she started doing yoga to help her get through the death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith.

The 27-year-old American actress said that the exercise helped her "physically and mentally" improve her state after the death of her 'Glee' co-star, who was found dead in his hotel room in Vancouver, Canada, after an accidental drug and alcohol overdose in July 2013, Contactmusic reported.

She added that she didn't use anything toxic to get over the physical and mental shock and damage.
