Leonardo DiCaprio is suing a French magazine after it published false news about him and Rihanna.
Oops! Magazine's May 28 cover story declared that the 40-year-old actor knocked up the 27-year-old singer and will not recognize the baby as his, TMZ.com reported.
In the lawsuit, the 'Titanic' star, whose lawyer slammed the story as "pure fantasy," is demanding Oops! fork over 18,000 Euros in damages and attorney fees.
As per sources, when DiCaprio's team recently contacted Oops! to inform that the story was false, the mag responded "yeah, we know and we don't care" in French.
One source noted that it's almost like the magazine wanted to be sued, possibly just to gain publicity.
