Lindsay Lohan has confessed that she came very close to relapsing but managed to stop herself.
Opening up on her OWN reality series 'Lindsay' on Sunday, she said that she was still sober but she's been very close, asserting that it was very scary, the Mirror reported.
She once made a trip to the dentist, to request for sedation for the surgery on a broken dental veneer.
But that meant that she would have had to drink a cocktail of addictive drugs - something that threatened to knock her recovery from substance addiction less than six months ago.
Dr. Shazhad Khan revealed that he had given Lohan head a "deep intravenous sedation", including a combo of valium, fentanyl and propofol.
