Lily Collins has revealed that after auditioning for 'Gossip Girl' role, she felt she had lost the part and thought "it was the end of the world".
The 25-years-old English-American actress, who has featured in the October issue of Marie Claire, spoke about the audition she had for the hit TV series and admitted that she badly wanted to be in it, Us Magazine reported.
The daughter of singer Phil Collins added that after the audition, she felt like she had lost the role and it made her feel like "it was the end of the world".
However, Collins changed her view when she realized that she would have to move to New York, leave high school and be signed away for six years, which would have made her miss the films she has done and "everything would have been so different".
