A man from Las Vegas is planning to have his testicle chopped off and sell it to scientists for 22,000 pounds, all of which will be filmed by a reality TV show.
Mark Parisi will appear on a reality TV show undergoing surgery that will see one of his testicles removed - then replaced with an artificial orb, the Mirror reported.
Parisi regularly enrols in clinical trials but said that he is "anxious and excited" ahead of this study.
Penny-pinching Parisi will appear on the aptly named Extreme Cheapskates programme, showing on TLC in America.
