Michael Douglas has revealed that his relationship with Catherine Zeta-Jones is doing really great after they decided to take some time apart in last August.
According to ET, the 69-year-old actor said that sometimes people put in more efforts to impress strangers than the person that's closest to them, but people should never take the person close to them for granted, Us magazine reported.
The separation after 13 years of marriage was decided in order to evaluate and work on their marriage, Douglas added.
However, since then the couple has been seen taking their kids Dylan and Carys trick-or-treating for Halloween and they manage to spend almost every holiday together as a family in Quebec, Canada.
