Michael Jackson's 2700-acre Neverland Ranch in California is up for sale and is expecting to pocket 75 million dollars to 85 million dollars.
Colony Capital's Chairman Thomas Barrack, who had an agreement with the late 'Thriller' hit-maker in 2008 for a 23.5 million dollar holding in the property, has decided to sell the property as it has an upkeep of 5 million dollars per annum, Stuff.co.nz reported.
The Sycamore Valley Ranch originally had a two-storey arcade, 7 bedrooms, a host of animals, a candy store, a cinema, bumper cars and numerous rides, as well as a famous miniature train and train station, but the animals and the rides have now been removed.
Notably, before this announcement it was expected to be turned into anything from a shrine to the Pop King, to a sexual assault rehabilitation centre.
