The burglar who broke into Miley Cyrus' Toluca Lake house has been sentenced to 2 years of state prison.
Rusty Edward Sellner, who broke into the 22-year-old singer's new place in hidden hills in December, was sentenced on Wednesday, but the judge has given him credit for the 270 days he has already served, TMZ.com reported.
Prosecutors claim that he has already made off with a large amount of both the singer and her brother's personal property.
A hearing will be scheduled at a later date to determine how much restitution the burglar must pay to the 'Wrecking Ball' hit-maker, who recently closed the deal for a massive ranch on the outskirts of Los Angeles.
