Defending US Open champion Andy Murray is excited to return to the scene of his last year's New York triumph and is taking it easy by spending his days as luxuriously as possible.
According to The Guardian, Murray will stay in the same New York hotel as last year and instead of driving from Cincinnati to New York, he now arrived in a private jet.
Routine is at the core of his preparation, and, despite not reaching the weekend in Cincinnati and in Montreal, he is satisfied with his return to tennis after a three-week break to recover from the rigours of winning Wimbledon, the report said.
Life is rarely smooth for Murray, who lives on the edge of his emotions on court, but he has had a peaceful fortnight since coming back to the game, and away from the battle he gives no hint of anxiety, physical or mental, the report added.
