Terming the beheading of yet another journalist by ISIS as 'disturbing', the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Nalin Kohli today called for a concerted effort by the world community to end the scourge of terrorism.

"The barbaric acts by the ISIS confirms that the developments in that region with regard to terrorism are extremely disturbing. And as Prime Minister Modi has said, that the world has to concertedly take action to finish the scourge of terrorism, because it cannot be restricted within a particular boundary," Kohli told ANI.

In yet another act of brutality the terrorist group Islamic State (IS) released a video on Tuesday showing the beheading of a second American journalist, Steven Sotloff, and also warned the US President Barack Obama against US strikes against the extremist group.

Last month, the IS, also known as the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), had released a video on the internet that showed the beheading of a United States (US) journalist James Foley who had been missing since 2012.
