A new book is taking a look at all the scandals and secrecies that have plagued the Obama administration.
The book written by a former top federal prosecutor, Andrew McCarthy, also dissects the facts and then sums up: Impeachment is a valid notion.
'Faithless Execution' is set to release in June, and it's being called as the 'first serious effort to build a principled political indictment of the nation's 45th president ... the mainstream case for the "I-word" - impeachment,' the Washington Times reports.
According to the report, McCarthy argues in the book that Obama has subverted the Constitution and demonstrated "rampant lawlessness".
The lawlessness represents a systematic threat to our constitutional order - a threat so egregious it requires action.
The authors argues that Obama's guilty of "fraud on the American people" because he "deliberately misled" on Obamacare.
He added that Obama is guilty of the "systematic politicization of a Department of Justice that has covered up the Fast and Furious scandal."
McCarthy used to serve as assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.
