A new biography of David Bowie has claimed that the musician was "dedicated to having sex with as many partners as possible" and has revealed the names of a few of his lovers.
According to 'Bowie' by Wendy Leigh, cocaine use amped up the 67-year-old singer-songwriter's sexual drive and was involved with Elizabeth Taylor, Bianca Jagger, Marianne Faithfull, Susan Sarandon and Ola Hudson, mother of Guns 'N Roses guitarist Slash, the New York Daily News reported.
The 'Space Oddity' singer and his first wife Angela Bowie were "notorious about weaving a sexual web around those who took their fancy", and Bowie became "adept at playing London's gay elite".
A former Warhol star, who worked at Bowie's Main Man records, also revealed that he made love to everyone employed there at least once, men and women.
Sources have revealed that Angie and David used to have "the most amazing orgies" at Oakley St., which was their "sexual cocoon", and even Mick Jagger used to come there and be involved with sexual things.
The biography, which characterizes Bowie as a sex addict, has claimed that only after fully satisfying his voracious sexual appetite was he ready for the life he has now.
