Nicky Hilton engaged to bank heir beau James Rothschild

Nicky Hilton is engaged to her boyfriend James Rothschild after dating for 3 years.

According to sources, Paris Hilton's younger sister said yes to her banker beau last weekend in Lake Como, Italy and the couple is really excited and incredibly happy, Us Magazine reported.

The 30-year-old hotel heiress and her fiance, who is heir to the famous European banking family, started dating in 2011 after meeting at supermodel Petra Ecclestone and James Stunt's wedding in Italy.

Sources revealed that the couple went on a romantic anniversary trip over the weekend, where Rothschild took her out on a boat into the middle of Lake Como and he proposed by going down on one knee and it was incredibly romantic and beautiful.

Insiders have also revealed that last month, Rothschild flew from England to the States to ask Hilton's parents for her hand in marriage and now the couple is celebrating with a road trip throughout Europe.
