Ever craved for a particular candy in the middle of the night and then regretted not buying some earlier? Well with the latest invention in 3D printers you can create some anytime you want.
According to the Verge, ChefJet and ChefJet Pro, created by 3D Systems, are 3D printers that can print edible and tasty candies of different shapes and sizes.
While ChefJet combines sugar and water to produce different flavored candies in black and white, ChefJet Pro prints the same shapes as the ChefJet and more complicated ones, but it adds in an inkjet head filled with food coloring.
Also while ChefJet might retail for 5,000 dollars, ChefJet Pro is expected to cost around 10,000 dollars.
The printers will probably be released later in 2014.
