Nepali Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli has called on the ruling coalition, main opposition Nepali Congress and the agitating United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) for a meeting on Tuesday.

According to Prime Minister's press advisor Pramod Dahal, Oli wants to talk with all sides regarding solutions to the political problems currently faced by the country, reports the Himalayan Times.

Dahal added that the meeting will take place at 10:30 a.m. at the Oli's Office in Singha Darbar.

He said the main opposition party, Nepali Congress, and major constituents of the UDMF had already been informed about the meeting.

"They were also consulted while fixing the meeting," he said.

Of late, the agitating UDMF has been demanding talks with the top leaders, while denying pursuing talks with the team led by Deputy Prime Minister Kamal Thapa formed to look into their matter.
