As per the schedule, returning officers through public notices will invite nominations for prospective candidates on Friday.
The nomination papers are to be filed from June 2 to 6 and the list of nominated candidates will be published on June 7.
According to the Dawn, the last date for scrutiny of nomination papers is June 14 and the last date for filing of appeals against acceptance or rejection of nomination papers is June 19.
To decide the appeals against decisions of returning officers, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will appoint the appellate tribunals by June 26.
The revised list of validly nominated candidates will be published on June 27.
The last date for candidature withdrawal is June 28.
June 29 is when the election symbols will be allocated to the candidates and the final lists of the contesting candidates will be published the same day.
The polling will take place on July 25.
