Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Najam Sethi has reportedly taken an oath that he will not compromise on the quality of coaches for the national team.

Sethi said that he has instructed the management to hire a top fielding coach after spending a hectic day involving meetings including grilling of the team management.

The PCB chairman also said that Pakistan needs a full-time physio for the team, as they prepare for to make arrangements for the 2015 World Cup that will take place in Australia, the Express Tribune reports.

Sethi said that the team needs to prepare for the pitches in Australia adding that they are looking to hire foreign coaches, as they need one or two similar tracks for the preparations.

Sethi further added that the Pakistani team also requires a batting coach and said that all the coaches will have to work 'vigorously' with the players.

The contracts of Pakistan's head coach Moin Khan, fielding coach Shoaib Mohammad and batting consultant Zaheer Abbas have expired with the end of Pakistan's World Twenty20 campaign, the report added.
