The Playboy Mansion finally gets its new owner, with a whopping prize of 100 million dollars.
The property was bought by Daren Metropoulos, Hugh Hefner's neighbour and a principal at private equity firm Metropoulos and Co, for half of the 200 million dollars it was initially listed for earlier this year, reports TMZ.com.
Reportedly, the compromise was at a lower price, but the PBM heir gets to maintain access to the home for the rest of his life.
This means the new owner cannot pop over whenever he wants. Metropoulos also gets the right to approve all parties at the mansion.
Presently, the new owner has given a thumbs-up to Playboy's Midsummer Night's Dream Party next Saturday and the annual Halloween bash.
