Prime Minister Narendra Modi has conveyed his greetings on the occasion of United Nations Day.
"I convey my greetings on @UN Day. It is a day to celebrate the achievements of the UN and look at a roadmap for the future," Prime Minister Modi tweeted.
"Need of the hour is for all @UN member nations to work together and further the cause of world peace and prosperity in the years to come," he added.
United Nations Day, which is celebrated on 24 October, marks the Charter of the United Nations anniversary.
