Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday travelled on the Airport Express Line of the Delhi Metro, lauding the 'enjoyable' ride he had.
The Prime Minister took to twitter to share his experience, also thanking former Delhi Metro Rail corporation (DMRC) managing director E. Sreedharan.
"Sreedharan ji would always tell me to experience the Delhi Metro. Today I had the opportunity to do so on the way to Dwarka," he posted.
"Really enjoyed the ride. Thanks Delhi Metro. Thanks Sreedharan ji!" he added, also posting a picture.
Prime Minister Modi travelled from the Dhaula Kuan Metro Station to the Dwarka Sector 21 Metro Station. He was accompanied by National Security Advisor Ajit Doval.
