A powerful explosion rocked the areas near Qazi Plaza in Afghan capital of Kabul today.
According to Twitter handle of Tolo News, extensive damage has been caused while there are no reports on casualties yet.
"Foreign troops believed to have been in area at the time of the attack. Incident took place about 200 meters from Supreme Court," Tolo News said in another tweet.
