President Mukherjee to deliver fifth Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Lecture tomorrow

President Pranab Mukherjee will deliver the fifth Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Lecture on the topic 'Vision of India in 21st Century', as envisaged by Dr. Ambedkar' at the Vigyan Bhavan here on Thursday.

Dr. Ambedkar Foundation, set up in the year 1992, as an autonomous body, under the aegis of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment organizes the memorial lecture.
