Dabang Delhi KC and Puneri Paltan played out the first draw of the fourth season of Pro Kabaddi League here on Tuesday.

A closely fought game saw both sides exchange leads several times, it was Paltan captain Manjeet Chhillar who had an extremely quiet game in defence but came up with a crucial tackle in the last minute to tie the game at 27-27.

Dabang Delhi KC, who headed into the match hoping to secure their first win of the season, failed to break the jinx.

Despite the result, Puneri Paltan continues to remain at top of the league with 14 points while Dabang Delhi KC occupies the sixth place with three points in their tally.

Puneri Paltan began extremely slowly and they trailed 0-5. But they got their act together and made a comeback when Sonu Narwal scored a raid point. Paltan got their defensive act together to inflict an all out in the 12th minute to edge two points ahead. They extended their lead by four points with seven minutes left in the first half.

Chhillar had two raid points and zero defence points in the first half. With less than five minutes to go, Dabang Delhi KC forced a super tackle to cut the deficit to four points.
