Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu on Saturday alleged that Pakistan is provoking, despite India's attempt to maintain good relations with the nation and so apt response will be given at the right time.
"What we need is to maintain good relations with all neighbours including Pakistan and we are trying to restore the normalcy," Naidu told the media here.
"But Pakistan is provoking. Appropriate response will be given at appropriate time," he added.
On being asked why India can't control separatists, Naidu replied: "We are a democracy, that's why we are controlling.
