Radhika Apte negates being 'undesirable' because of marriage

In an age where actresses want to hide their marital status from public, Bollywood actress Radhika Apte, on the other hand, is fearless and quite vocal about her marital status.

While expressing to ANI, the 29-year-old actress said, "So many of my friends believe that if they are married they shouldn't tell about it and even I have been told many times to not talk about my marriage but I really don't believe in the stupid image that if you are married you are not desirable. I think that is very illogical and offensive. I am very open about my marital status because it doesn't have to do anything with my work."

The actress, who has been spotted in multi-lingual movies, believes in work which excites her.

Radhika will be seen sharing the screen space with versatile Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Ketan Mehta's 'Manjhi- The Mountain Man' after which she will be working with south superstar Rajnikanth. (ANI)
