Bollywood's handsome hunk Ranbir Kapoor has recently joined the list of celebs like Kate Moss, Jessica Alba, Demi Moore and Jennifer Aniston, who use cryotherapy.
According to a leading daily's report, the 32-year-old 'Saawariya' boy was spotted experiencing the chilling session at his personal trainer Neville Wadia's newly launched Holistic fitness center in Mumbai.
Cryotherapy is a treatment in which surface skin lesion are frozen by Liquid nitrogen, its goal is to decrease cell growth, cellular metabolism and survival and decrease inflammation, pain and spasm.
It is also availed by several athletes, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Shaquille O'Neal, LeBron James, Michael Phelps, Floyd Mayweather, the New York Knicks, the NBA's Phoenix Suns and Leicester City (EPL Football Club), to lessen muscle inflammation and weariness and to boost their recovery.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor is all set to appear in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil,' 'Jagga Jasoos' and 'Dragon.
