Rosberg says 'learned' from Hamilton team order controversy in Hungary

Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg has said that he has learned from the controversy over team orders with his teammate Lewis Hamilton in the last race at Hungary.

Hamilton had ignored an instruction to let the German past in Hungary and went on to finish third, with Rosberg fourth. Rosberg said that they discussed it after the race, because it's important to review a situation like that and to know how to move forward.

Rosberg also said that he has learned various things which he would try to adapt for the future and added that he did not want to expand on behind-the-scenes discussions at the team so as not to inflame the situation, The BBC reported.

The German said that he gathered that there was a bit of a mess in the media and so it wouldn't be useful for him to give another extra bit to that at the moment. He added that it's better to let it all calm down.

Rosberg goes into this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix 11 points ahead of Hamilton in the championship, with the two well clear of the field.

On the other hand, Hamilton said that for him the air has been cleared between the drivers and the management; not sure on the other side. But, he added that if there is any unclear air, it would surely be cleared before the weekend starts.
