The former 'Roseanne' star, Roseanne Barr was 'disgusted' by people's support for 'Guardians of the Galaxy' director James Gunn, who was fired by Disney's Marvel for his controversial tweets.
Taking to Twitter, Barr wrote, "I'm disgusted to read all of the support for James Gunn's paedophile jokes-as the same people supported blacklisting me for a joke they didn't even understand."
Gunn was terminated by Walt Disney Studios last week after conservative personalities resurfaced old tweets in which the filmmaker joked about controversial topics such as paedophilia and rape.
Whereas, Barr earlier posted a racist tweet about senior advisor of the former US President Barack Obama, Valerie Jarrett. Her remark was met with swift action from ABC and the network then cancelled her show after just one season.
