The South African police has completed its investigation into the death of Reeva Steenkamp, the model shot dead by Olympic athlete Oscar Pistorius.
The move comes as the Paralympian is set to appear in a court in Pretoria on Monday, where a trial date is likely to be set.
According to the Daily Express, the 26-year-old, who is on bail, has been charged with the premeditated murder of Steenkamp on Valentine's Day earlier this year.
Pistorius has claimed he shot his girlfriend after mistaking her for an intruder. It is believed Pistorius will stand trial early next year.
The report said that the police used forensics, ballistics and technology experts along with psychologists to investigate the night Steenkamp died.
She was shot through a closed bathroom door at Pistorius's Pretoria home.
The athlete has admitted to firing four shots which hit his girlfriend in the head, arm and hip.
