The Supreme Court on Friday asked the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to file an affidavit giving all details of the National Rural Heath Mission (NRHM) scam.
The CBI will provide information on cases registered, accused and status of cases in the affidavit.
The NRHM scam took place in Uttar Pradesh in which top politicians and bureaucrats allegedly siphoned off hundreds of crores meant to improve the health care delivery in rural areas.
According to reports, around five persons have died in connection with the scam.
