Formula One legend Michael Schumacher' son Mick is all set to sign a deal with a Ferrari-linked Italian junior team Prema.

According to Sport24, Mick's manager Sabine Kehm is currently in talks with Prema after the 16-year-old expressed his desire to contest in the Italian series.

Confirming the news, Prema founder Angelo Rosin said that they would hold a meeting with Mick early this month.

Mick, who made his single-seater debut in German F4 series in 2015 for the Dutch team Van Amersfoort, is speculated to race in the German series for Prema as well.
