Simon Cowell has revealed that he will axe the 'X Factor' show if the ratings continued to drop because of people are getting bored with it.

The 54-year-old 'X Factor' creator, who never imagined that they would still be making the show in 2014, said that the overall numbers were very low and so, they were lucky to be still on air at the moment, the Daily Star reported.

Fellow judge Louis Walsh, 62, believes that Cowell would only keep the show, which was commissioned for a further two series, going as long as it was the number one show and if it started to slip he would not want it.
