According to the source, 'X Factor' judge said that he called the singer as soon as he realized that she was in trouble, and committed that he will do everything possible he can to help his co-judge get through this, the Daily Star reported.
The 55-year-old TV producer went on a holiday but still asked the former Spice Girl member to contact him anytime if she needs him.
Another source said that there had been problems in singer's marriage for a while and because of 'X Factor' their issues had become public knowledge and that has been tough for the singer.
