Six killed, dozens injured in serial blasts in China's Guangxi Province (Update)

At least six people were killed and dozens more were injured in a series of explosions that rocked Liucheng county in the province of Guangxi today.
According to local authorities, a total of 13 explosions were heard across Liucheng between 3.15pm and 5pm. The blasts hit bus stations, a hospital, a hostel, a grocery market and a government office.
According to the Director of Liuzhou city's Public Security Bureau, Zhou Changqing, the blasts were caused by explosive devices in delivery parcels.
