Soggy towels top reason behind partners' frayed nerves

The biggest reason behind partners' frayed nerves is wet towels, a survey has revealed.

According to a research conducted by 'Betta Living', housemates who fail to hang up their soggy towels have upset 92 percent of the 1,580 adults questioned, closely followed by leaving dirty dishes in the sink which got 91 percent votes, the Daily Express reported.

Also, 88 percent said that forgetting to load or unload the dishwasher causes their blood to boil.

Barry Rourke of the home improvements company said that record numbers of couples are feuding over everyday chores

The research also found that women were more likely to complain than men.
