Sonali Bendre to enter TV with Star Plus 'Jaana Na Dil Se Door'

Actress Sonali Bendre is the latest one to follow the league of several B-town A-listers like Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan, who after attaining a remarkable feat on silver screen headed towards television.

As per Pinkvilla reports, the gorgeous 41-year-old is all set to make a comeback with the popular Star Plus drama 'Jaana Na Dil Se Door'.

Reportedly, the actress has been approached by the makers of the show to play the role of Shashank Vyas' mother.

"Since Shashank Vyas is to making his presence on show very soon, we were looking for Shashank's mother, who is supposed to be a protagonist on the show. Hence, considering that Bollywood actress Sonali Bendre has been on the similar space earlier, we have approached her to take the above role. Yet we all are waiting for her reply," said the sources.

Jaana Na Dil Se Door is currently among one of the most loved shows of television. It portrays impeccable chemistry between Atharva and Vividha in the leads. The family drama, aired by Star Plus, is produced by Yash Patnaik.
