Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Saturday extended her greetings and good wishes on the occasion of Eid-ul-fitr, and said that the joyous festival would foster the spirit of brotherhood, mutual cohabitation and peace.
"Congress President, Sonia Gandhi has extended her greetings and good wishes on the occasion of Id-ul-fitr. Gandhi hoped that coming after a month of fasting and purification during Ramzan, this joyous festival will foster the spirit of 'brotherhood, mutual cohabitation and peace," she said in her message.
The Eid-ul-Fitr festival marks the end of the holy month of Ramzan.
