An area, which is nearby the chapel where Prince George was christened, in St. James's Palace in London, will soon be up for rent.
Royal finance officials revealed that a complete overhaul was underway at Apartment 29a, which is located on the corner of the palace where it borders Marlborough Road and Cleveland Row, People Magazine reported.
The palace is looking at all the opportunities to continue renting properties on various royal estates in order to maximize income, so there's a possibility that another apartment might be freed up.
The news comes after the Public Accounts Committee over at Parliament, which monitors expenditure in public life, called on the palace to save more.
In 2014, there were questions over the cost of renovations to Prince William and Kate Middleton's London home Apartment 1a at Kensington Palace.
