The Sindh director of Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency, Shahid Hayat Khan, has claimed that sufficient evidence has been found against IT firm Axact, which is accused of being involved in a fake degree scam.
According to Dawn News, Khan told the media that his organisation had collected sufficient information to prove the wrongdoings of Axact in a court, with evidence being collected with the help of forensic team and the company's internal email system.
Some people linked with the IT firm had also provided evidence to the investigators, said officials.
The FIA's director said that investigation is likely to be completed within the 17 days given by a court.
