'The Simpsons' producers are reportedly planning to kill of their character, according to the latest teaser shown during the closing credits of Sunday's Futurama crossover.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the closing credits rolled a headstone during 'Simpsorama' which has given a hint that that recurring oddball Ralph Wiggum, the son of Police Chief Wiggum, with eyes for Lisa Simpson died in 2017.

Executive producer Al Jean asserted that it was not true and it was just a random joke and in a previous future show, they saw Wiggum as a police chief with multiple clones each being killed.
