The 634-meter-tall Sky Tree Tower in Tokyo has become a major sightseeing attraction.
It attracted 6,380,000 tourists in its opening year.
It houses broadcasting, planetarium, aquarium, restaurants and other offices.
In summer this year, Sky Tree organized various events to attract children and other visitors.
Fourteen-year-old Mio Yuki, an actress nominated for CM character of Tokyo Sky Tree, shared her experience of visiting the world's tallest tower.
Yuki said: "Initially, I got scared when I reached the top of the Tokyo Sky Tree Tower. It was not easy to get there. I was frightened. But when I looked down from the observatory, it was exciting, as people and other things looked very small from that height."
The Sky Tree Tower also provides a great shopping experience for visitors.
However, taking care of logistics involving 312 shops and restaurants at the Tower, is critical.
Sagawa Express, a logistics company has been managing the logistics at the Sky Tree Tower since May 2012.
It provides efficient solutions for logistics management by controlling freight vehicles and delivery staff.
It is also responsible for securing the delivery route inside the building.
Tsukasa Ariizumi, Logistics Management Officer, Sagawa Express, said: "An act was introduced in 2000 for large-scale retail stores to preserve the environment in and around the Sky Tree Tower. The act also makes it necessary for everyone to reduce CO2 by controlling delivery vehicles."
For efficient operations, the Sagawa Express manages people, goods delivery and vehicle inflow and outflow from its centralized workplace.
It looks after security of the building as well.
Ariizumi further said: "Counter-terrorism and advanced building security techniques are also required. It is obligatory to establish the logistics business inside the building. We provide centralized management of collecting information about our people, delivery goods, vehicles and workflow inside the building for efficient operations."
Foreign visitors at the Sky Tree Tower can also use the secure and prompt Sagawa Express home delivery service.
The company helps to deliver goods to your home anywhere in the world.
Also, you can check in your baggage for temporary storage during your visit to the Sky Tree Tower.
