Seems like Chet Hanks aka Chet Haze has put his parents Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson into real trouble.
According to a new lawsuit filed against the celebs, Chet rear-ended a guy named Terry Moogan in February 2015, while driving his dad's car, reports TMZ.com.
Moogan accused Chet of driving recklessly and being "under the influence of drugs and or alcohol at the time." He also accused his parents of negligently handing him the keys.
Moogan's attorneys claimed that Chet begged him not to call the police at the time.
In the suit, Moogan said that he suffered injuries, which was specified by his attorneys, who claim Moogan got whiplash and a brain injury from hitting his head on the dashboard.
