Top JeM militant killed in encounter in Kupwara

A top commander of Jaish-e-Mohammad militant outfit was killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district today.

The terrorist was gunned down in a joint operation by Army and state police at Garewad village in Lolab of Kupwara district.

According to television reports, the encounter is still going on.
