Miley Cyrus is undoubtedly the craziest celebrity in Hollywood and adding to her outrageous performances, she recently performed topless and wearing a penis attached with straps.
The 'Doo It' singer took to the stage wearing prosthetic breasts and a strap on penis teamed with a purple wig and a silver bondage harness covering nothing, while kicking off her Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz tour, the Mirror reported.
Cyrus is yet to visit eight other cities in the US and Canada and will be joined by bands Flaming Lips and Dan Deacon throughout.
